No Limits To My Climb
My first experience with Scentsy was in 2013 walking through a flea market when I came across a consultant selling these neat looking wax warmers and yummy smelling scents. I instantly saw the Whoot warmer and new I had to get it for my mom for Christmas (she loves her owls). Who would have thought, 6 years later I would not only join Scentsy but become a leader of 9 in my first year (my mom loved it so much she even joined) and, have earned 7 incentives and awards? In January 2020 I earned a trip to Salt Lake City in July (unfortunately this time because of Covid-19 I missed out). Never did I think I would find myself not only as a new business owner at 40 but earning FREE trips!!
I will be honest I did not intend on joining when I was shopping for a new warmer on February 28, 2019 through a close family friend. After spending an hour discussing different warmers (we had an incident previously with another brand and our cat, so I was leery) and how safe Scentsy is for both kids and pets I was sold. She then showed me the $129 Join Kit, well how can I say no to all that product for just $129? I decided I would join as a kit-napper (yup that is a thing) and not sell. After I got all signed up, kit was being shipped out and my sponsor adding me to all these amazing supportive Scentsy team Facebook groups, I did some reading and was hooked on the energy and excitement so I decided to give selling a try. Here I just celebrated my fifth Scentaversary on February 28th and I would not go back. Spending time making samples with my kids for my clients, putting parties' together for amazing hosts/esses, training & supporting my team and building relationships along the way is what keeps me going. As of last year I was also able to retire from my career and continue my dream full time. The support I receive from my hubby, kids, and my amazing team the Scented Trailblazers Family is so beautiful. PLUS, there is an obvious PLUS, I can give back to the community by providing fundraising opportunities to schools, teams, charities etc.
